Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, I began my journey in photography exploring and making photographs of the people and city around me. I quickly fell in love with the art of exploring with my camera, and the medium’s powerful ability to capture raw truth, incite curiosity, and tell a story.
I look to capture moments of place and time in the most honest way. Stories told through the people, color, textures, and the design that make up the environment I’m experiencing. The fleeting moment these elements all come together to tell me about the emotion and flavor of a place, this is the photograph I am after.
